I, Savita Bajaj got two tickets booked in the month of May from Bangalore to Delhi for 15/08 in the flight AI 501. Today that is on 13/08 I have been informed that we two passangers have been shifted to the flight No. AI 503 although the flight has not been cancelled and there is no room in the flight. I am unable to understand that if the flight is not cancelled then why other passengers who got there seats booked months later than us are allowed to travel in the flight and we are thrown out of it. I talked with the customer executive Harvinder Singh who although accepts the mistake of the Air Line but shows his helplessness.
