Air Hostess misbehavio

I have travelled to Trichy on 18th Feb by Air India Express Flight at 21.05 P.M. one of the air hostess behavior was very rude and absolutely not acceptable. She does not know how to speak to the passengers. She was shouting with passengers. It is happen to me also on same day. Please note that I am frequent flyer and also I have travelled many countries, this incident never happend to me.

Please take necessary action againt that Air Hostess.
