Wrong seat allotment

This is reference to the attached ticket booked for my daughter and the boarding pass issued in flight IX-343 from Calicut to Dubai on 10th May.

While booking the ticket I had paid for a selected seat in the front row for my daughter, since she is travelling alone. (seat no 11a alloted instead of 1A)

The treatment she got at the airport was so arrogant, and the airport staff was not at all co-operative.

Since she is a student, she was not aware of the formalities, and she thought the allotted seat was the requested one.
