Worst Customer care

I booked ticket in Air india express and saved Rs 200 compared to other airlines.

Since I wanted to make modification in the ticket, I tried calling customer care and to my surprise, none of the customer care is answering the phone.

I tried calling delhi, mumbai, mangalore, pune, chennai and nobody answers, Few numbers given in the website are not working.

From chennai, I tried calling to delhi customer care number mentioned in the website, but they refused to help and transferred the call... This happened many times and finally I lost more than what I saved when compared to other airlines.

I would suggest not to book in air india express airlines. worst customer care service.
