Airline E-Ticket
Non refund of cancelled Ticket

This is regarding non refund of my E-Ticket, booked thro'MakeMyTrip Booking ID-NF25136418522, on 23rdAug10.The ticket was booked by 9W2291Jet Konnect flight from New Delhi to Ranchi.for 24thAug10.Airline PNR FQFWEU, E-Ticket No.589 -3751855022 & 589-3751855023 in the name of Mrs. Shabnam Malik &Mr. Suresh Malik respectively. The said flight was missed due to mis conx. from ATQ (as written on the body of the e-ticket). Till date we have not received any info regarding the refund inspite of our repeated phone calls to ur various offices across the country. Let me inform u that we book all our flight and hotels thro' makemytrip and cosider ourselves ur esteemed coustomer. A showdown at this juncture would be highly, Irepeat highly not appreciable. I'm sure such a situation would be avoided at ur end.
