Refund of money

I had booked a ticket to bangkok early May and then got them cancelled on 22nd may

After which i have been waiting for more than 2.5 months for the money to get credited in my account.

The agency "nitin international" who booked tickets for me told me i should have the cheque in 21 days but despite calling them almost 30 times they never gave me the refund. Everytime they disconnect my call or give me a new date. It is extremely irritating that agency wants money the same day to book the tickets but they dont wanna give the refund back to the customers.

I hope our consumer court does take soem action against them and teach them a right lesson to what they cause onconvenience for no reason.
