Air Mauritius/D.Paul's
Flight Delay Refund

We booked our Mauritius Honeymoon package from D.paul's tours & travels and as per the package our scheduled departure for Mauritius was 21st Nov @ 5.20AM in flight no 0745 but flight got delayed by almost 18hrs & rescheduled @ 10.45PM.

We have been tracing D.paul's & Air mauritius since Nov but no reply. D.Paul's says "Talk to Air Mauritius" & Air mauritius say "Talk to your Travel Agent".

We would like to you to please look into the matter & do the needful to get the refunds/compensation.
