Ezeego did the fraudin ticket boking

I have booked two ticket from http://www.ezeego1.co.in on Jan 02. 2008. But they are not providing me PNR number of that ticket. I call to their call center but they are not responding me properly. Each time they are told me that their concern department will call in 2 hour or 20 min. I talked with lot of people there, some name are Aarti&--gt; Pranoti &--gt; Pallvi &--gt; jaspreet &--gt;Pirya &--gt; tejas &--gt; swpna &--gt; Mahesh.

Till now I did not get any call and email from their side. Even I am still waiting for PNR.
