Morgaged papers not returning

I, Jagdamba Parshad bought a ACTIVA Scooter from Auto World-Ambala Cantt-133001, Haryana & got fannanced of Rs.18000/- from GE Money-office at Minerva Cinema, Rai Maret, Ambala Cantt-Haryana on 20-03, vide loan a/c No. RZJ-000011861. I Handed over post paid Cheques of Rs. 20802/-as per their reqest. vide Cheques Nos.145541 to 52, without dates, fulfilling their requirements. GE Money encashed all the cheques except first two. at the end demanded cash for fist two cheques, which was paid vide their receipt no. CAB 0033644 dt. 6-5. GE Money has failed to return those two cheques and all scooter relevant documents bac to me, The has shifted from Ambala Cantt to GURGAON. Please help to get the Scooter papers back.
