Non receipt of refund of cancelled ticket

I booked a ticket through IRCTC on internet from Ajmer to Ahmedabad (boarding at Beawar) and a PNR No. 2217286293 issued with confirmed ticket of class - 3AC. the date of journey was 10-03 and train No. 14311, name of passenger Mr. Deepak Kumar. Unfortunatly, the train cancelled due to Jat agitation. After verifying from internet that showing "charting not done - train cancelled"; I cancelled the ticket through internet on 10-3 at 16.15 hrs. But, I am sorry to state that in-spite of lapse of about ten days, I did not receive the refund of cancelled ticket. U are requested to kindly look into the matter personally and credit the amount of refund to my net account of HDFC and oblige.
