I have 2 noof hp gas cylinders registered in my name, I am situated at Lucknow Up My consumer No is 611019 & AGs agency is JAi Gas Service Chanda MArket Bulaki Adda Lucknow, FRom begining of this monthe we have registererd twice complaint for refilling of gas (complint no 205003 &13657), but still not recived our gas, when we go to our agency thery simply turn us back saying we cannot help as the system has become on-line, ) we will run out of our stock this week & are helpleess whom to contact as the online numbers too are computerized, System are made for helping citizen we would request you to immediately look into the matter & provide a soln
