Delay in delivering cylinde

Gas cylinder vide consumer no. 606528 has not been received although 31 days expired as the gas booked on 28.07.2011 after 21 days from the date of last cylinder received. It is almost a regular feature of this agency to harass the customer though the Gas Cylinder is an essential commodity. You are therefore requested to look into the matter as this problem is not for this consumer no. but it is a general practice of this agency.
