Car ac not effective

I have purchased an i 20 magna diesel car in jan. Since the time of purchase the car ac is not effective. I have got the vehicle checked and serviced at authorised service outlets, but still the problem persists. Kindly arrange to rectify the problem, or replace the car ac. I was told that some cars ac have been replaced. Kindly solve this problem
