Indane gas agency / refill of gas
Unable to book gas (refill)

Hi, For booking Indane gas this month... I feel irrateded because of automated booking service. I had tried it for 3 to 4 times. But Indane agency in velachery (muthu gas agency) has told that on booking the gas the SMS will be provided. But i didn't any SMS on booking. On using automated booking service, finally it provided an number... but when i called this agency, they informed i have not booked gas (for refill). How many time i need to book and call the agency... very very bad customer service. Quick action to be taken other wise agency may lose its long standing customer.
