Coach number not marked

On 14.11.07, we travelled at Bhagirathi Express3104 from berhampore court to sealdah.

1) Without any notice, the position of reservation coaches had been changed and also the station master/TTE give us a wrong information about position of D1 coach.

2) There is no mark indicating the reservation coach no.

So, we were harrashed. With us there were aged man, luggagesand also children. If there is no marking of coach no. then how could we find out the seat.this is a created hazard.

It is found regularly that at 3104, there is no marking of D1 and D2 coaches. Why? We are really shocked and annoyed. Why we will pay exact fare if no fair service??

Kindly look into the matter urgently.
