Not providing the Accutrate quantity of Petrol

In Chennai, India oil petrol bulk near Adyar depo, Cheating the people by providing the false reading of petrol. Two people were standing on the bulk and one guy is asking the amount. Before the bulk person changing the amount. Another guy who is standing next to him will ask some question and diverting our view like what is the model? when you have bought it, and asking the money? like some scenerio. And he contiuos with the pervious amount. So we if put the petrol for 200 rs. They will start the reading from the pervoisu person. Which is the worst ever i have seen .all my firends are compliainng the same. If we ask those details and they are not resonding. Also if we ask to fill the petrol for 100 rs they are first putting for 30 Rs only. NOt sure why they are doing like this So Could you kindly take some necessary action. So you can avoid the bad name from this type of petrol bulks.
