Bad Customer Service

I visited Akshay Automobiles at the Vasai Workshop to get my bad clutch plate fixed. I was told that it would take 20 days to fix it. The parts were not available and they would have to be ordered. Why does it take long to fix a simple thing like Clutch plate. This is causing a lot of frustration to me as my whole business depends on me travelling on motorcycle.
