Speed post not reached

I have posted a letter through speed post on 15th Dec from Bangalore to Jaipur. The Post office guys assured me that my post will reach within 48 hours to jaipur. Today its 18th Dec not yet reached.

I know..no one is there to listen in Govt. section... but still trying a luck..

Can anybody see it?
