Harrasment by Railway Ticket booking staff

Sir,

on 17th October, 10 at 6.30pm at malgodam city side window Aligarh Station Imy daughter asked to give two ticket for delhi Station, but the booking clerk did not give, then I reached to window but he dis not give and remain busy in out side business. due ariving annousment of train no.8101 by Station, I again requested to give ticket. The booking clerk give me filthy abouses and told from wher this old man has come. He also threatened to beat me and also threatened to bring police. He did not give me the ticket. Altimately, I purchaseed ticket from main Gate side. I also told this incident to Station Master and also gave a complaint to Chief commercial Inspector, Aligarh Station.

I request you to take immedite action against the erring staff for using filthy abouses and not doing his provided duty to give ticker. He did not issued any ticket during 7.40pm tp 7.00pm approx.
