Hello,

Being an ex employee of Mark Auto Industries which is part of Maruti Industries, would like to know your opinion about a very pathetic purchasing experience. I decided to buy new Maruti 800. Thereafter got it cancelled due to some reasons. Applied to Alto from the same vendor. Got that cancelled as well due to some reasons. Finally purchased Alto Exi from Rohan Motors whose services were excellent. Paid Rs. 10000/- as advance to previous vendor who id returning me Rs. 5000/- only. I am pretty sure that he needs to returnback the whole amount of Rs. 10000/- to me. Please provide me best answer alongwith a copy of terms & conditions enabling me to carry forward the case. Trust me I am in mood to lose that amount.

An early action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
