Egarding warranty card

Dear Sir,

I bought one Amaron battery from city motors Angamaly (ernakulam district) 2-3 months before. But this month the battery failed to work and I went there. They have replaced me the battery but they refused to give me the warranty card. They said the battery will be replaced once and they wont give warranty card. Why is it so??? i do have one year warranty ryt?? what will i do if it fails again???
