Help not provided, when extracted it was delayed

The company's service center at Satara - Sahayadri Motors - were very reluctant to provide any kind of help on 14th August. When they were threatened with the company's guarantee card's contract, consumer's right, they asked us to tow the car and get it to the service center on Monday, 15th August at 4.00 a.m.. Although the company's contrat says that the car within 100 km of service center will be provided help still these people were not ready to provide help (the car was within 100 km) and the car has to be towed and brought to the service station.

Now, they said that the car being an elctronic car, they require a laptop which was not availabe at that time. A day later on Tuesday, 16th August when thay got the laptop, they said the software - some Kotak tech liner - was missing and can be availed only the next day.

The point to be noted in all the above mess is that car's delivery was received on 14th July. The car is supposed to be a high end electronic car with the invocie date of 6th July.

The company's customer care discoonects a call 10 times before attending it. Even when they are attending they may disconnect the phone as and when they want to.

Total NO SUPPORT from the company and company's SERVICE CENTER OR CUSTOMER CARE.
