Efilling Cylinder not delivered

Dear Sir, I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 3210 in the name of LakshmiKumar on dt. 27/07 but till today on 8.08.2010 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor ANMOL BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTORS, no:20, 1st Main Road, KAMALANAGAR, BANGALORE-560079. Tel no:080 23229031/23229032/32541661, these are the Contact numbers but never pickup the customer call, if they pickup the call says that the stock not yet received. When I told the that we have only one cylider and show a careless attitude. We are having this problem everymonth and We want to book double cylinder but no responce, if they cant do the proper supply to customer then why having Distributors in such a Big City. Please advise whats the next step.
