Worst Service

Hi,

I have bought a new bike on August.

The TVS service centre in karamana is really a worst one.

Few months ago i have met with an accident. The insurance company claims immediately with in a week. I have paid the amount fully. Still they took 1 more month to compete the work. i have waited for that one month. Then it is noticed that some paint work is not good some sracthes are there in the tank portion of the bike. I have submitted ma bike for the rework. Still they takes 2 weeks. What a worst***** service it is? They did'nt satisfy customers. From this experience i will not service in Trivandrum any more..I have to save my vehicle.. Please consider this one
