BAD SERVICE

Sub: - Service Under warranty period of bike No DL4SBL 4464

Dear Sir,

I got my bike service by SKS TVS MOTER MOHAN GARDAN NEW DELHI. They told me that vehicle's one-way was not working. As the one-way was not stack it will be available within a week time. With effect from 21.12.2009 I have been the workshop could not attend the vehicle and always tiring to give me dates. Taking in view the relax approach authorized workshop has heart me greatly.

In this ear of competition I do not think that a company like yours wish to have exposure which give bad name not only to the workshop but also company.

I hope that you will take the matter seriously and will issue the directive not only to SKS TVS also others to give prompt and satisfactory services to the costumer.

I wish my pending job would delay.

In case the job is not done within a week time I will be forced to claim the expenditure from your company for getting the bike reaper.
