Defective tyres

I too have a chevrolet spark with apollo acelere as oem tyres purchased in February. I already suffered two side wall cracks in two of these tyres one of which i could get patched up as the cut was not very wide. I use this as stepney. Only 15000 kms has been done so far and treads have not worn out.
