Yesterday Night 31/8, I went for movie BODEYGUARD" at Big Cinema, (suraj Chanda Tara) in Amritsar

I was just got an experience never before-

The AC was not working, resultantly No Ventilation

I also approached the maintenance guy however they were lease bothered...

Overall I decided not to visit BIG Cinemas in Future.

Such a pathetic service was not at all expected from such a big organisation. Your ticket Counter staff is totally wrong with costumer.
