Internet ticketing, Money got deducted from account, ticket did not get issued

I tried to book my ticket via internet for the 7 pm show at rajarhat for 31.08. but my money was deducted from my account and i did not recive any mail (ticket) nor SMS .

Kindly make necessary arrangements for refunding my money.
