Tickets not received- Amount debited??

Yesterday, I had booked tickets for 3-Idiots in Kulraj (borivli-

east) for 26th December and for show time 10.30 p.m.

An amount of 522.14 has also been debited from my account.

However due to technical errors

the order was not completely processed and I have not received the

confirmation of tickets. Their call centre is also not accessible, they give a waiting period of 30 mins then 19 mins then 45-60 mins... which is ridiculous. I have also put an email to their helpdesk, but there is no reply.

Kindly take strict action so as to get the proper refund and for the trouble caused by the company.
