Ook ticket but show not held that time and refund ticket amount

Hi

i have book my ticket on dated 17th may.2010 that time i have received the booking conformation and time also mention in booking receipts

but when i am going to watch the movie the hall staff said to me there is no show about that time and he offer me other show tikcet but i refused this so you are reund my amount which is deduct my account.
