Did not get tickets and amount deducted while booking movie ticket online using my SBI Debit card

I booked 2 movie tickets from www.bookmyshow.com at around 9.15pm on 7th

of Aug. But i didn't received any message in my mobile or email account provided.

The amount 233.09 INR has been deducted from my SBI bank account. I tried to contact bookmyshow on their contact no but line is always busy.

Movie Name- Aisha

Cinema hall - Big Cinema -Ansal plaza (Gurgaon)

Show timing - 12:00 pm show (8th of Aug)

Seats - I think k10 and k11

Amount - 233.09 INR
