REGARDING REFUND ON ONLINE BOOKING (BookMyShow)

I have booked 2 tickets for movie "Golmaal-3" on 7th December around 6:00 PM for evening show for the date 9th December at Spice Mall, Noida through ICICI net banking, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 276.00 was deducted and i didn't get my tickets. I want my money back. Plz solve my problem asap.
