Bad experiences in rajkot cinemax

My self Dharmesh kothari & last night i seen a movie spider man in 3D in rajkot cine-max but my sit no is G13, 14 . You use very rough materiel in sitting arrangement. I loss my jeans because of your bad sitting arrangement and this is my one of the most fav jeans .after this bad experiences i never came to watch a movie in cine-max. I sare this experience with my group. They told me now never came to cine-max. I complete the movie and say my experience ur staff member. No one help me. I hope your reply at least favorable in ur fans.
