E-ticketing of movie tickets
Refund needed

I booked two movie tickets for INOX Swagat Garuda - Jayanagar, on their online ticketing portal.

In the morning, I tried with Debit Card and the amount got debited and the tickets did not get booked. But luckily, there was a immediate mail from Inox that they are processing a refund.

In the afternoon, around 2PM I booked one more time from the same portal, and this time with a Credit card, again the amount got debited and the tickets were not booked. There was not mail from Inox regarding the booking failure.

I would like to get refund of my money immediately. Here are my details.
