Online Ticket Booking

This is regarding online booking of ticket for FAME CINEMAS (LIDO BANGALORE). I used my credit card to buy the tickets. Although the payment got successful but die to some technical reason of FAME CINEMAS website the tickets were not confirmed. Instead they show the message your money would be refunded if deducted within 7 - 8 days. But it has been more than 15 days but still no refund has been done.

I have mailed to there concerned department but still they give only some false hopes.

Its really pathetic and hopeless condition at FAME CINEMAS. No Customer service. They only want money that's all.
