3-D Glasses, More price taken

Dear Sir,

This is Amish Goel and i went to watch movie (Ra. One) on 27/10 at 10.P.M. Show in Audi-2 of Movie Time (Super Mall) situated in Sector 12 Karnal for this i purchased 2 tickets on 26/10and on that day it is told to me that by an employee at ticket counter that 3-D Glasses are not available so take the glasses tomorrow in the morning before show and in the morning of 27/10 when i went to ticket counter at that time the employee who was working there gave me the glasses of Rs. 30 each and not even gave bill of that and on Notice there was cost written of those glasses was 25Rs. and thereafter when movie started i realized the left glass of the 3-D glass is not 3-D and this problem was also with the other customers who bought the ticket there then i informed the Manager of there but he did nothing instead of replacing the Glasses he asked me to remove the Glasses and told to me to watch the movie without glasses and said to me Do Whatever You Want To Do and when i told him that i will file a consumer complaint against this he said Go Ahead.

It is therefore requested to you to take some against this and stopped the officials/employees of Movie Time (Super Mall, Karnal) doing all these unfair trade practice and cheating to custmores.
