Regular crashing of vedio and sound

This is to bring to the knowledge of concerned department that today I went to MOVIETIME CINEMAS AT RAJA GARDEN to watch THE DARK KNIGHT RISES 10:00 am show in AUDI 6 and it was a horrible experience watching it at MOVIETIME. In the first half the audio was so low and inaudible which was spoiling the movie and in the second half the screen crashed more than 4 times for not less than 5 minutes each. Moreover when they were trying to reconnect unbearable and ear damaging sounds were coming. This is simply not tolerable when we are paying sufficient money for our entertainment. They have to show some responsibility and compensate for the same. We are not going at these places for wasting our time and money. Request the same to take necessary action against them.
