Payment done by credit card but not received the tickets

I been to pvr cinemas and boked 3 tickets of cocktail on 19-07. I boked my tickets on the machine. After the whole transactions by credit card the payment is debited from my account but i havn't received the tickets. After that i went to the counter but the said your tickets are not booked. Might your transaction has been cancelled. I showed the message to the manager available over there but he said that i can't help you. You have to book your tickets again. You are kindly requested to please refund my money back as soon as possible. For any information you can call me on my no.
