I been to pvr cinemas and boked 3 tickets of cocktail on 19-07. I boked my tickets on the machine. After the whole transactions by credit card the payment is debited from my account but i havn't received the tickets. After that i went to the counter but the said your tickets are not booked. Might your transaction has been cancelled. I showed the message to the manager available over there but he said that i can't help you. You have to book your tickets again.
