Dear Sir or Madam

I had ordered Ashmita Dhamaal pack of 3 kurtas from your channel on August 8. I received the order on August 17. Unfortunately, when I opened the parcel, the ordered size was smaller. Since my required size was not available, so i immediately cancelled the order over the phone on August 18. My order number is 20110808019475.

Respective people sent from your channel, collected the parcel on August 27. I have not recieved my Money back yet. Inspite of all the repeated calls made to your call center, it has been more than 2 months, i havn't recieved any information from them. This is very disappointing.

To resolve the problem, I would like you to get my money back. I paid Rs.1099. Its actual price was Rs.1299, But i had 200 points so i paid Rs. 1099 as the amount.
