Problem with fabric

I purchased nike t shirt from bangalore. But now its thread are coming out. I have not washed even once.

I checked with the nike people but they told i have to go to same shop. i tried calling them but they are not picking up the call, I am staying in mysore so i can not go to bangalore just to show them a shirt. Please let me know how to take it.
