Non-delivery of orde

Hello,

I had placed an order with AVA Merchandising (leaf-let received through HDFC Bank Credit Card) for a pearl set & a Benetton leather ladies purse around 24/01/10. Payment to be made in 6 EMIs, which are being charged & paid through my credit card currently. The delivery was supposed to be made in 3 weeks.

So far I've received only the pearl set (which was delivered after 2.5 months) & even that's not in good order/standard. After my complaint I was promised a replacement around 1 month back, till date no body has come to pick it up. So far the purse has not been delivered either. I am fed-up of dealing with this highly in-efficient company. Can you help me in this regard?
