I Not received my booked products against the booking id 880182737 (dated 11 Nov)

I Omkar Apte, booked Reebok Products against mentioned booking id (booking id 880182737) on 11 Nov against the payment of Rs 3289 through credit card from your Bag it today offer in Sakal News paper (date 9 NOV page no 12) This includes Reebok Shoes (UK 10) - 01 No Reebok T shirt - 01 No Reebok Sun Glasses - 01 No Reebok hand bag 01 No Reebok Watch 01 No & Reebok socks 01 pair I received the courier from Aramex (Shipment Number 6370070571) having wrong contents which were other than what I had ordered. So I refused / rejected the parcel on the same day i.e. on 5 Th Dec. I have already registered the complaints (698488, 714405, 719642, & 723943 latest on 3 rd jan) against the same. From that day onwards I called your customer care centers at least 4 to 5 times & every time I got the different answers to my complaints. I also got the written confirmation from Aramex Courier company that, they have returned the refused parcel to bag it Today on 20 th Dec through return airway bill no 6372417660. I have written several e mail communication to Mr Chandra Mohan & Mr Ravinder Sharma of bag it today but no resesponse from them.

bag it today is having pathetic customer care service as their so called Sr Floor Manager Mr Vijay is not able to understand the problem even.

I dont have any idea that when shall receive my ordered products, as no customer care executives are able to confirm. Already 60 days have passed & I am still waiting for my booked products for which I have already paid. Request you to look personally into this matter, as inability to resolve the issue will definitely hamper the bag it today as a brand & will make me to register official complaint
