Non delivery of orde

I had booked a pair of Sunglasses and paid thru my credit card on 10th Jan. I was promised that the order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Till date the order has not reached me.

I have called the customer care atleast 10-12 times and all the time have been told like a recorded message that we will try to send the order in 3-4 working days. But i guess they dont work only and thats why they have no working days. Its been over 5 weeks.

Also, I have emailed 3-4 times and have received the same reply as above.

I had even visited they warehouse and even after waiting for 1 hr. there was no response

I have requested them to cancel the order also, but they are not ready to do that.

What do I do?
