Product not received

I placed the very first order with BAg it today for Sunglasses & paid via credit card. This was a test run for future orders. Till date i HAVE NOT received my order. I have communicated a lot with all their representatives & even the supervisor. EVery time i have the same reply that they are tracing. Then once the supervisor promises to give me the result within a week & bear with them but till date i am waiting for the call from her side to come. Then they even told me that my money would be refunded & within 24 hrs i will get a mail wrt same. This was latest by them on May 9. but till date the 24 hrs have not been arrived at. Today also they had the same answer dated back 3 months ago.

BAG IT TODAY IS TRUE TO ITS NAME BUT IN OPPOSITE SENSE> MEANING " BAG IT TODAY (CUSTOMER'S MONEY)
