Egarding my Order Id 1005284359, i didnt receive the goods after agreed dispatch period of 2-3 weeks

and now when I want refund it is again 2-3 weeks. Please refund my entire amount of Rs.548/- within 2-3 days else please treat this as a notice to meet in the consumer court.

Plus everytime I call on the STD no who the hell bears those charges?
