Not dispatching my product

Dear Sir

I have placed my order for a pair of shoe on 16th March but it has not been dispatched to me till now and everyday I am calling their office and customer care. They are telling me that it is out of stock and it will take a week time. They are repeating these lines for the last more than 7 days and are not dispatching it and not giving me the exact date to dispatch.

I want you to kindly me in this case.
