Bag It Today / Diesel Sunglasses
Defective and Duplicate Product

I had ordered the Diesel Sunglasses from Bag It Today. Item Code: D1486, Web No. 1005943028 and the product i received was a cheap imitation of diesel sunglasses with a broken nose pad and a bent frame. They had offered the glasses supposedly worth 15, 000 INR for 2, 799 INR. Frankly the product doesn't seem original and on top of that it is defective. I called the Customer Care number and received a pathetic response from one Manish with complaint number 210913 for a refund of my glasses. Still waiting for it.
