Delay in delivery of product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a made payment of Rs.499/- through Credit Card and bought MTV Sunglasses from Bag It Today on Dec 2nd 2010. My Order id is 1001048129.I got a confirmation e-mail regarding the same and it was mentioned in the mail that the product will be delivered in 2-3 weeks time. But till now i didn't receive the product. Regarding this when I called their Customer-care last week, they said that it will be delivered to me in a week's time. Even after the week since i didn't receive the product i called them up again, this time they said that they were out-of-stock with that particular product and that i will get the product in another 2-3 weeks.

I'm really frustrated with their service and even am quite doubtful about the authenticity of this company.
