Not Received Ordered Product / No Satisfactory Answe

I had made purchase of on 1st April of Rs 559. as per their portal i had waited for 3 to 4 weeks, and i had called on 4th may and talked with shrita and logged a complaint no 162312. and was being told me that in next 4 to 5 days i will receive my ordered item. after 5 days i had again called on 9th may and talked with Manish Giri and he was told me that stock was not available and its available now and it will received in next 10 to 5 days still i have talked with Mr. Vikas Chaudhari and taken mail id of response team. i had mailed them on the same day but i haven't got revert. complaint no on 9th May was 171321. again today on 10th may i had called with manish and pavan kumar but still i have not getting any revert on mail or not getting any commitment from Bag IT Today..
